The 2006 LDS Music Fest is FREE and open to anyone interested.  The festival events are as follows:

Saturday

8:00am Temple Session Mt. Timpanogos Temple

12:00pm Putluck lunch

1:00pm Workshop with Jeannine Lasky

2:00pm Workshop & Song Evaluation

3:00-5:00pm Open Mic "Songs in the Round" (5 minute limit per song, 2 songs per turn)

6:00pm Evening Showcase

9:30pm Afterparty

 

Sunday

7:00pm Fireside at chapel west of amphitheater.

Directions to the Amphitheater

(835N 900E American Fork):

 

From the south take I-15 to the American Fork 500 E. exit, (exit # 279) and head towards town. Continue on 500 E. till you get to 700 N. and turn right. Go approximately 4 blocks. You will find the parking entrance near 850 E. on your left. Look for the sign.

From the north take I-15 to the Alpine/Highland exit, (exit # 287) and head east. You will go about 6 miles and come to the grocery store and gas station in
Highland. Continue on to next stop light which is 4800 W. and turn right. Continue on this road till you see the
temple. You will see the "State Developmental Center" on your right. The last driveway to the "Center" on your right will lead you to the upper parking lot of the amphitheater. Look for the sign.

The Potluck, Workshops, Song Swap and Showcases will be in the Amphitheatre directly South of the chapel and West of the temple. The Sunday Fireside will be at the Chapel just west of the Mt. Timpanogos Temple on the same grounds as the amphitheater.
